Gabby claims to be a moderate, but her votes in the U.S. House clearly say otherwise.
1/4/07 - Voted to elect Nancy Pelosi Speaker of the House. Pelosi has be characterized as an ultra-leftist, and has been described by some fellow Democrats as destructive, yet the first thing Gabby does as a “moderate” is vote for her.
2/16/07 - Voted for H Con Res 63 the so-called “non-binding” resolution that disapproved of President George W. Bush sending an additional 20,000 troops to Iraq. Gabby claims to be in favor of a successful Iraq, yet in a purely partisan bill her first vote on the issue undercuts what our military commanders need to make Iraq a success.
3/1/07 - Voted for H.R. 800, a bill that would eliminate employee rights by taking away secret ballots in the work place should the workers want to unionize. Her vote for this bill goes against the entire state of Arizona, which is a right-to-work state. H.R. 800 was also endorsed by the U.S. Communist Party.
3/22/07 - Vote for H.R. 260, yet another purely partisan and illegal bill brought to the floor by the Democrats. The bill was designed to give voting rights in Congress to the District of Columbia, an illegal act considering that D.C. is not a state, and only states can have voting delegates in the United States Congress.
3/23/07 - Voted for H.R. 1591, a purely partisan bill that undermines our President, our military commanders, our efforts for a successful Iraq, and our troops. The bill passed 218-212, with 18 Democrats actually voting against, sharply dividing the Democrats. Once again, Gabby claims to want to see success in Iraq, but shows otherwise by voting for a bill that says her and 217 other politicians know how to deal with Iraq better than our own soldiers do.
Check back every so-often to see the results of Gabby’s hypocrisy as a so-called “moderate”.
